At Wonder Valley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the parcel at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
